Last updated: 18 June 2026
1. Purpose
UniVox is a community platform that lets its members rate and discuss web pages, everywhere on the internet, through a browser extension and a mobile app. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of all UniVox services.
2. Access and registration
Using UniVox requires creating an account with a valid email address and a password. You must be at least 13 years old to register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out under your account.
3. Code of conduct
By using UniVox, you agree not to:
- post hateful, discriminatory, obscene or unlawful content;
- harass, threaten or impersonate other users;
- spread spam, unsolicited advertising or malware;
- attempt to bypass the platform’s security mechanisms;
- use bots or automated scripts without prior written authorization.
4. User content
You retain intellectual property in your ratings and comments. By posting them on UniVox, you grant UniVox a worldwide, non-exclusive, free and transferable license to display, reproduce and distribute this content as part of the service. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
5. Moderation
UniVox reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these Terms and to suspend or terminate an account without notice in the event of a serious or repeated violation. Reports can be sent to contact@univox.me.
6. Intellectual property
The browser extension, the mobile app, the logo and the UniVox graphic elements are the exclusive property of their authors. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of liability
UniVox is provided “as is”, without any warranty of uninterrupted availability or of the accuracy of user-generated content. UniVox cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the service or from the temporary unavailability of the platform.
8. Changes to the Terms
UniVox may change these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or through an in-app notification. Continuing to use the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app. UniVox may also close your account in the event of a breach of the Terms, after informing you except in case of urgency.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
