Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 21 June 2026

1. Our commitment

UniVox enforces a zero-tolerance policy towards content and behaviour related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe our commitments and how we protect minors across all of our services (browser extension and mobile app).

2. Prohibited behaviour

It is strictly forbidden to use UniVox to:

  • create, post, share, solicit or promote sexual content involving minors (CSAM), whether real or generated;
  • contact a minor for sexual purposes, manipulate or groom them;
  • sexualize a minor in any form, or condone such acts;
  • share information that could identify or locate a minor for exploitation purposes;
  • facilitate the trafficking or sexual exploitation of children.

3. Minimum age

Use of UniVox is restricted to people aged at least 13, in accordance with our Terms of Use. We reserve the right to close any account whose user does not meet the minimum age requirement.

4. Reporting

Any user can report suspicious content or behaviour:

  • In the app: through the report function available on every published item.
  • By email: by writing to contact@univox.me with the subject “child safety”.

Any report of CSAE content is handled as a priority and confidentially.

5. Handling and moderation

As soon as CSAE content is identified or reported, we remove it without delay, suspend the account involved and preserve the elements required to report it to the authorities. Accounts responsible for such content are permanently banned.

6. Cooperation with authorities

We report child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities and specialized organizations (for example NCMEC in the United States or the PHAROS platform in France), and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement, in accordance with applicable law.

7. Point of contact

UniVox’s child safety contact can be reached at contact@univox.me. We strive to respond to any report relating to child safety as quickly as possible.

To report content or ask a question: contact@univox.me.
